I liked the cover and enjoyed the story about swimming and the need for endurance however not being a swimmer I got somewhat bored with that example concerning the length of it's discussion. I really wanted to give up on the book but am so glad I didn't. I probably would have given the book two stars until I hit chapter 15 and chapters 15, 16 and 17 were out of this world and would deserve five stars so I'm giving the book an overall four star rating.
I enjoyed the depth, meat and personal application of these three chapters and think it would benefit so many within the Christian community.
